Location, Location, Location! Located roughly 30 minutes from Walt Disney World Resort, Legoland Resort, and SeaWorld. About 42 minutes to Universal Studios. Close 9 minute drive to I-4. Roughly 1.5 hour drive to either East Coast Beaches (Atlantic Ocean) or West Coast Beaches (Gulf of Mexico). A lovely three bedroom home situated in the popular Ridgewood Lakes Private Gated Community in Davenport with White Heron Golf Course located within the Community. Minimum 4 night stay, sleeps 6. Guards do ID guests at the gates and you must have a valid ID. All guests who will be driving will need to be registered by the owners for access.
Nicely positioned on a quiet corner lot, you have a great size yard and plenty of space. Inside you enter into the formal living and dining area, with a good size family room in front of you. The Kitchen (with all new stainless steel appliances) is open to the dinette and family room and a great place to entertain. The floor plan is split so the master is on the opposite side to the other two bedrooms and has its own walk-in closet and bathroom with large soaking tub and stand up shower. A second bathroom is shared between the other two bedrooms. A separate laundry room with brand new washer and dryer is located off of the Kitchen. Outside you have an enclosed Lanai, ideal for outdoor eating and reading books. The yard has lots of space for playing or just relaxing! Heated Community Pool is open to our guests and located directly behind the house. Free tennis and pickle ball courts inside the community.

Extra amenities include a coffee lover’s dream (k-cup maker, cappuccino machine, regular coffee pot, and hot water kettle). Guests must provide their own coffee. Some extra outdoor activities to use are located in the Lanai.

No commercial vehicles are allowed to be parked on the driveway, limit 2 regular passenger vehicles only.
Only registered guests may visit the property due to security guards. If guest of the home would like an invitee, prior written permission must be granted by owner to get them in.
Signed lease, security deposit and 1/2 of rental cost must be put down in order to hold the house.

Departure Procedures
Before checkout - please complete the following:
Remove all trash from all waste baskets and place in outside receptacle
Leave all towels on the bathroom floor
Leave all your beds unmade
Clean and re-shelf all dishes
Log out of all personal accounts on all smart TV's
Clean out refrigerator. You may leave any unopened, non-perishable items on the counter.
Check under beds and in dressers for personal belongings
Turn off electronics and all lights
Lock all doors, sliders and windows before your departure
Check out is 10 a.m.
